ADD A PRIVATE VIP SUITE
Add a VIP SUITE to any of the above public party packages. Our VIP Suites have private seating with “close to the action” rink side views. For some, our VIP suites are a cost effective alternative to our PRIVATE PARTY packages. Advanced reservations are required and availability is limited.

Birthday Skate Packages:
Advance reservations are required with a non-refundable 35% deposit due no later than 5pm on the Wednesday before your party.
Exclusive Experiences:
Advance reservations are required with a non-refundable $200 deposit due no later than 5pm on the Wednesday before your event.
All attendees will be charged except in the public parties where Actual 2 Parents of Birthday Child. Special equipment is available to “blow” out Birthday Candles.
After booking your party ON LINE, you may use our new “E-Vite” to invite your guests (have them RSVP directly back to you!)
Fax, email or call in your list of all invited guests no later than 5pm on the Wednesday before your party.
Cakes or cup cakes may be dropped off 10 minutes before party session begins. No one will be admitted until the party starts.
No other outside food will be permitted.
During our public sessions, Adults may pay for themselves at the regular session price or you may include them on your tab for $7.00 per adult (+ cost of any food and/or drink).
During our Exclusive sessions, All Adults and children pay. Due to reduced capacity, ALL ADULTS PAY FOR ADMISSION DURING ALL OF OUR SESSIONS, whether skating or not.
ALL Adults skating must wear a wristband. Seating is reserved for the Children in the party package. Adults may sit at the tables when children are not present. We are not responsible for any Lost or Stolen Items. Please keep an eye on all of your belongings. Additional items are available for your party including our Game Cards, Mini Melts & Glow Sticks. Please ask host/hostess for more information. Beer & Wine will only be served to guests 21 & older with valid ID who have completed a BW Waiver and wearing BW Wristband. Video taping or photography of any kind is NOT permitted near, on or towards the skating surface. Payment for your party will take place in our pro shop 15 minutes prior to the end of the session. We accept Cash, Master Card, Visa or American Express however we can NOT accept checks for the party balance.
A 10 percent Gratuity is recommended for your party hostess, feel free to adjust accordingly.
Camp & Field Trip Bookings:
Advance reservations are required for special discount rates.
One free Adult Chaperone for every NINE paid skaters. (this price discount will be applied by cashier when paying for your group)

Payment by Check and/or Accounts Receivable is only available for county and/or state agencies with prior submission of approved purchase order. To qualify for Tax Exempt, groups MUST have a current form on file or a copy when arriving at facility.
